I know that many of the sponsor vendors for the OLF are first class but I just need to highlight Hibdon Hardwoods. A few weeks ago I ordered a few sets of wood from Hibdon. When the I open the box I noticed that one set had a hairline crack in the ends of one set of sides. I sent Tom @ Hibdon an email explaining the situation. He quickly requested that I send the wood back so he could correct the problem. So here it is a week later and he sent me a new set of sides are that perfect. He also sent some extra wood to make up for the hastle.

Thanks for the news and info about Hibdon, Brad. Good to know they are treating their customers properly when they make a mistake.
You didn't mention it, but I assume Hibdon paid for the shipping on the returned wood?
All in all, it sounds like a strong recommendation.

Well, their prices leave quite a bit of room to give out free wood to the 'elect' and also to make good on their mistakes.....whew!
